About Rez
You knew something was off. No one would investigate.
Your brain is foggy where it used to be sharp. The drive that came easily has quietly gone. And every lab says you’re fine. Rez was built for the person standing exactly there: heard, finally, and investigated thoroughly.
Our story
Why I built Rez
I spent years inside conventional medicine, inpatient and outpatient both, and made the conscious decision to step away and practice the way care should work: listen first, investigate thoroughly, build the plan around your biology.
I left the assembly line on purpose. Not because the people in it were wrong, but because the same fifteen-minute visit and the same population-average panel run on everyone, and too many good people walk out still unwell, still without answers.
Rez bridges the gap between science and nature. It’s the practice I wished existed: one that takes your experience as real data and treats the whole picture, not a single line on a lab report.
And Rez is family-built. I founded it with my husband, Peter, who runs the business side of the practice so I can stay fully focused on what I do best: your care.

Our philosophy
What we believe
“Normal” lab ranges are built on population averages, not on how a body is meant to function. You can be technically normal and still feel terrible, and hormones never work in isolation, so a single number rarely tells the truth.
So we don’t just check a box and hand you a prescription. We investigate. We read patterns, ratios, and how your levels relate to optimal function across sex hormones, thyroid, adrenal, and metabolic health, together.
Optimal, not normal. We treat YOU, not the number.
What concierge actually buys you
Access, not a velvet rope
Concierge here doesn’t mean a velvet rope. It means access: a provider with the time to listen, the room to investigate, and no insurance gatekeeper deciding which tests you’re allowed to have.
It means a comprehensive workup instead of a basic panel. A plan built for your biology instead of a default script. A provider who stays with you, monitoring closely and adjusting as your body responds, not a number filed and forgotten.
This is real medicine, not a TRT mill. Testosterone is a core tool in many men’s plans, but it’s one part of a thorough investigation, never a three-question form and a shot in the bathroom.
How we work together
An iterative, monitored process
We assess your whole hormone picture, plus the lifestyle and environmental factors that shape it. We dig deeper to find what’s actually driving how you feel. We design a protocol for your situation. And we track your symptoms, your labs, and your response, fine-tuning as we go.
Hormone care is iterative by nature. We adjust until you feel right, closely monitored at every step, so the plan stays built around you.
The goal of everything we design is simple, and it’s yours: feel like yourself again.
How we hold ourselves accountable
The honest version, not the easy one
We write the clinical copy on this site in plain language and update it as the science moves. And we pair every benefit with honest candor about side effects and trade-offs.
Bioidentical hormones are molecularly identical to the ones your body makes, and the research on their safety profile is encouraging. Like any therapy, though, they carry potential effects, which we review with you against your full history. Peptide and compounded therapies* carry the same candor, plainly stated.
*Some peptide, GLP-1, and compounded medications are not FDA-approved and may be prescribed off-label. We’ll walk through what that means for you.
Restore your God-given foundation.
Reclaim your energy, clarity, and drive. We can’t promise you a number or a timeline, but we can promise a real investigation, a plan built around you, and a provider who stays in it with you.
