Telehealth care is governed by the laws of the state where you are physically located during your visit. That is why eligibility is based on your location, not your address.
Informed consent & emergency care
Before your first visit you will complete a telehealth informed-consent form in our secure patient portal, which covers privacy, alternatives including in-person care, and emergency steps. For emergencies, call 911 or your local emergency number.
